Problem
The company was looking for a reliable financial partner to undertake statutory audits to the strict deadlines imposed by the group’s auditors. They also wanted the ongoing support and expertise of an accountant to assist with tax, VAT, payroll issues, and ad hoc issues, as needed.
Solution
With stock being a significant figure on the balance sheet, we attend the annual stock take at the beginning of November. Later, we perform the statutory audit and prepare detailed supporting reports in line with the group auditors’ instructions. The deadlines are always tight, so we use sufficient resources and suitable skilled staff to ensure these are met. We tend to keep the same core team that understands the business and its particularities well. This enables us to build up client relationships, which in turn allows us to make suitable and relevant recommendations.
Our audit is undertaken with a combination of remote work, visiting the client’s premises, and liaising with the Austrian accountants.
